As with previous chapters it's always interesting seeing Artorias interact with people from the castle, although i can't wait for the first fight.

This crossover idea is really interesting.
I'm happy you chose to use the setting of the book series instead of that of the tv show, a lot of details like some minor character etc. help to make the worldbuilding feel more realistic.
For example, I liked the brief interactions with Tom, since it seems like Artorias
is a very kind person it would be interesting to see what the people of the castle think of him. He sure would stands out in a universe like that of 'Song of Ice and Fire'.
And with Artorias in the castle I wonder how the future event will change for the Starks (also seeing as I think him and Ned would get along).

The switching viewpoints are well done and give us a good outlook on
the events and of what the characters think.

You asked a couple of times if you should introduce other Dark Souls characters.
As tempting as it would be to reunite him with one or more of his friends I think that it would be better to maybe have only Artorias here, considering his strength and superhuman capabilities he could be an interesting foil to the mountain. Strength and ideology wise.
