Not counting interludes, this has to be the first chapter that doesn't feature Serena in any way.

First half of the battle and Ash has already lost five of his mons. Then again, Sabrina kinda caught him off guard. Good to see that at least Lapras scored a victory and Haunter two, even if it came at the cost of being ko'ed herself. Let's see if Greninja can turn this around. I imagine that it will be a good moment for Ash-Greninja to manifest.

If that's how badly Ivysaur is treating Ash right now, I'd hate to see what will happen when/if he becomes a Venusaur. Luckily for Ash, Greninja's part Dark Type so he should be okay against all those psychic Pokémon.

I liked seeing when grace and jade meet and I hope ash can win this battle and save his friends and I really he and iysaaur can work on his behavior problem

I was kind of surprised upon seeing that this chapter is much shorter than what you usually write, especially since it was advertised as the rematch against Sabrina. Now I see that it was only the prologue to that rematch.

Gotta say, I don't think anybody made the battle against Sabrina a full battle. Most authors stick with the 1v1 from canon, and a couple maybe make it into a 2v2 or a 3v3, but never a 6v6. This will be interesting.

Regarding Greninja's ability, I think you misunderstood me. It's not that Greninja's ability changes upon transforming. Battle Bond is the DEFAULT ability of Ash's Greninja (and Serena's Delphox as well in this case). If he had Torrent, he wouldn't be able to transform to begin with.

I hope ash can win this and save everyone for Sabrina

Talk about a cliffhanger and very reminiscent of what happened to Misty and Brock in the anime. I know Ash is doing this for Serena and the others now, but I hope he doesn't lose his head in this.

So if cities have more than one Pokémon Contest per year in this, then what about the Wallace Cup? Also, I wonder if Aria will encounter Brock while she's at Pewter City. We all know what he tended to do to girls his age or older in the anime.

Oh man, a Pokémon Contest in the Cerulean Gym, I wish they did this in the anime. I know why they didn't do that during the first season, but they should have at least considered it during season 9. Oh well.

Okay, so you said that Ash and Serena will be traveling by themselves in this and that Misty and Brock will only appear as Gym Leaders, but what about everybody else from the anime's main cast, Tracey, May and Max, Dawn, Iris, Cilan, Clemont and Bonnie, and the Alola group? I know it's too early to introduce them, but what will happen to them?

Ash was right about something ... They didn't get the result they would have wanted but ... Both Greninja and Delphox got a closer bond ... And they showed it in the Contest in this chapter ... Now the Rematch against Sabrina continues. .. And I know Ash could do it ...

I enjoyed seeing ash and Serena do a contest together and then seeing them battle again and seeing Serena get her fourth ribbon

So Serena gets her fourth ribbon, even if she nor Ash were aware to trigger Bond Phenomenon. Then again, I guess that if they were able to master it so soon they'd be unstoppable. I already have an idea of when are they going to trigger it again. And interesting that you had Ash taking part in a contest again after so long.

There were a couple things that I didn't like, like Ash winning that contest battle because the other guy gave performance enhancing drugs to his Cloyster (plus, it could have been executed much better), as well as Greninja and Delphox kissing towards the end of the fight. I think they should have waited until the battle was over.

There were also a few spelling and grammar errors here and there, and an instance of the narration refrerring to Ash as "Serena's girlfriend".

I'll be eager to see the rematch against Sabrina. Greninja should be a perfect choice against her given his Dark type (seriously, a lot of writers, anime included, seem to forget that Greninja isn't a pure Water type. Hope you take that into consideration when writing the battle).
