Hey, I like the beginning of your story. It would be nice if you would indicate who is saying what - the way it is at the moment it is kind of confusing.

Good concept and a fresh twist, but it's too fast a new parent of a seven year old isn't so easy going, and a kid in a new house and with someone he doesn't really know won't warm up to someone so easily, it takes time, just the same with calling Toney dad. Peter just lost his family he'll be hurt and upset all the time, he won't be so open with him till a few months have part at least...

I'm not trying to say your story isn't good, it's really good and is like to read more of it, keep up the good work#
