Well, its caught my interest but I can already see a few red flags going off with this latest chapter.

The point of a "romantic" storyline, isn't to reach the "end goal" where the two characters get together as quickly as possible. Its to actually show said relationship evolving over time.

Izuku and Todoroki's relationship, by the current pacing *seems* to be moving at an almost breakneck pace. Mainly because of their two innate natures, both being very introverted and very much in their own heads rather than, as you noted in your first chapter "social butterflies"

But you've had them more or less meet eachother and already by chapter 2 or three he's thinking of her and her of him even when they shouldn't be.

It just feels a bit too *easy* like by the time they reach UA you want them to be friends rather than aquaintances and that just feels... cheap. If a friendship/romance is established and *given* to the characters/audience like this one has been it feels worthless because there was no work to actually achieve that goal.

IDK. Just my opinion, I'll keep watching and see how it develops.

Man, your story is great. And it perfectly fits the term slow-burn. But I wish you would update a bit more regularly. That's all.

I love the idea of Fem!Todoroki, and the story so far is amazing. It only has two chapters so far, but I’m completely hooked! I know this story will be great- not that it isn’t already u Please don’t give up on it! Please? I don’t think I can handle another fic dead in the water... ;-;
Hmm... what’ll happen next? Will there be a sort of training montage, then the entrance exam, then the surprise when Todo finds out Deku’s in the same class as her? Will Todoroki stand up to Bakugo when he’s being an asshat? WAIT- what if- instead of Deku being paired with Uraraka during All Might’s exercise, it was him and Todo! (Sorry, I’m spitballing- I just want to be able to help if you’re stuck in a writing rut!) I hope you continue this wonderful concept!
