OMGGG how have I never read this fic before?! It’s amazing! Darvey sharing a hotel bed, how could it not be right?! But it’s sooo much more than that! First off, I’m always a softie for Mike calling Harvey out & getting him to see things with Donna. As soon as Harvey invited Donna to his room to “sleep” they both knew that wasn’t going to happen. Haha but there was something so real & honest about this fic because everything played out very naturally. It was nice that they could finally admit too that they lied to each other after Donna had kissed him before. The sex was hot but we expect nothing less of them (or from you!) & the banter was perfect. My favorite part might very well be when Donna asks if Harvey has any regrets & he says "Besides wishing I could've watched the dress fall off of you earlier?" and then she responds "I could put it back on." It’s SOOO something they’d say! Love it! : )

I didn't realize how much I miss Donna and Rachel's friendship untill now, their talk was amazing, Harvey inviting her to his room and then the talk was amazing. Donna undressing and imagining that it's for him in front of the mirror? Blueeee that was really hot (I feel like my reviews stop making sense at this point, so I'm really sorry)

I read this one months ago and just re-read it. Thank God I couldn't remember that much, hehe (oh no, it is memorable! But there are so many amazings fics out there..) But now I had to tell you: LOOOOOVE this! Everything else has been said already. ;P just wanted you to know that there was another reader who just hadn't reviewed yet.

I’ve been dying to re-read this one (not that I’m not already doing it constantly) and now I finally can. Only for reviewing purposes only. No. Kidding. This one can be re-read 287478392847 times for the sole purpose of reading it. But I want to review regardless. Just because. Even though I already know at this point that it won’t do justice, not even 1%.

Becauuuuse, and I don’t say this lightly, is easily in the top three favorite fanfics of all time. And I tell no lie when I say it’s the one fic I have reread the most. This is so unbelievably amazing that I’m still speechless. Even after all this time. And probably always.

Just. The whole setting. The atmosphere you create. The way you let Donna and Harvey act and speak that is so purely them, I always have a hard time coping that this actually isn’t real.

And you’re doing it again as well. Right from the beginning. Your thing with words and creating magic. “They trust because they're together.” *cries* I love that those entire first paragraphs of them dancing at the wedding because it’s so beautiful and romantic and heartwarming and everything it should have been if it weren’t for AK. But no bitterness here. This is all about the love.

I absolutely adore their respective talks with Rachel and Mike and you just made me painfully realize that their absence actually does matter. We got to witness so many amazing exchanges among them that are now entirely gone and we no longer know what’s going on in Harvey’s and Donna’s heads. But sorry, I’m deviating again. Anyways.

How natural it seems that Harvey asks her to stay with him at the hotel because it IS what they are all about. They share drinks and bagels and so sharing a bed is not even that crazy of an idea. If, yeah, if those sneaky feelings on both of their sides wouldn’t be involved.

But first there is more banter and more teasing and I love how it lightens the mood and at the same time you just immediately get the feeling that there is so much more brewing underneath it all. You and words. I swear. It’s a match made in heaven. And then it all just explodes and they scream at each other everything that’s been building up for weeks and months and years. Sparks fly and you can feel *it* coming with every single word!

“When she hits against his chest his arms wrap around her from behind. Securing her. Catching her breath. She lets out a whimper, unable to lock it back. He's leaning into her, a slight rock in his embrace. She could feel his hot breath against her temple, an arm around both her chest and waist. She allows herself to relax into him. This feels about more than Mike and Rachel, about more than the previous weeks' complicated mess between them, but she can't dare ask. The timer for avoiding the far intimate long runs out in their quiet.” THIS THIS THIS! How? How do you do that? Of that paragraph alone would have been the whole fic I would have taken it and loved it and reviewed it because it breaks my heart and makes it hammer and flutter and there is so much emotion in it that I’m just at a loss of words, at least of those kind of words that should be standing here to tell you how freaking awesome it is!

AND THEN HE KISSES HER FREAKING SHOULDER AND SHE FREAKS OUT AND I FREAK OUT BECAUSE THE TENSION! OMG!

“A siren to his disorientating equivocation.” I sweaaaar. Those kind of sentences KILL me! Not lying! And I can so understand Donna hiding in the bathroom because OMG the tension is just too fucking much! Even for me as a reader. I can only imagine what Donna must be feeling *sighs*

„“I see you, Donna. I just respect the boundaries you set." ! *diesalloveragain* HARVEY! BLUE! Why do you let him say such unbelievably hot sentences and killing me with them!

And then they finally talk and it sounds all so reasonable and while I love them yelling at each other I also love when they talk like two adults and in this situation it‘s so much better like this because it just adds so much more to the raw and intimate atmosphere that follows them right into bed.

That dream. OMG! And what a trigger it is! How amazingly he takes care of her, how he comforts and how she lets him *cries* why is this so beautiful?

„This is too intimate for them. No barriers, at least not the unbreakable ones.“ I’m going to have to make a compilation of all of your amazing one liners that all tell entire stories on their own.

“"So. Can I try it again and help you figure it out?" he demands.” and then my heart jumps out of my chest and disappears with this fic and I hope they will live happily ever after.

"So. Can I try it again and help you figure it out?" he demands. why Harvey? Why do you have to be so hot? It’s not fair! Of course Donna says yes and of we go with one of the most amazing sex scenes known to men! Seriously. This could not have been any more amazing, hot, sexy, sensual, erotic, romantic, swoon-worthy than it was! Brilliant! I’m going to keep this short now about the sex because I could just quote and comment every damn sentence here and it would never be enough.

But two or three notable mentions:

- “She grinds against him, aware of how the looseness of the bottoms on her and the opening on him could make this happen quickly.” aaaaaaaaaaah! D-Y-I-N-G! That’s so incredibly hot.
- “It's time. She needs him. They need each other.” yes they do!
- “They'd been together through many kinds of triumph and tension. None were this terrifying, none were risking as much as they were about to.” I will never ever ever get enough of you describing them so very perfectly. 3
- Just the whole love making scene takes my breath away. Bravo!

Also the ending then... soooo cute. So funny. So hot. I find it always so hard to find the right ending, but this? Is perfect! Again so them. How he calls her girlfriend and how it’s so natural and obvious and then you end this perfect master piece with the perfect two lines:

"So, just so we're clear. Because I don't want you backtracking. You're feeling something, right?"
"No, Harvey. I'm feeling everything."

Waaaaaaah! Sooooo freaking amazing. Really. I still don’t really know what to say. Except thank you! You and your talent truly amaze me and if I could I would just slip into this fanfic and spend the rest of my life in it.

Wow! This is a jewel of a story. I know the show is never going to give us the expression of the depth of feeling or intimacy that we all think these characters deserves. The loss of Mike and Rachel, the hurt and anger of the recent events with Paula and fear about the future are explored beautifully. The dialog is very true to character and captures the humor and heart found in the show. I wish we would get something like this from season 8 but I am not getting my hopes up. Thank you for writing the love scene Donna and Harvey deserve.

Annoying notes? Are you kidding me? I believe the love and effort you put into this paid off. At least I felt it everywhere. The seeds of this story were Korsh's but you've managed to make it come to fruition. This is one of the best post 7x16 I read. And I'm reading another one right now, hopefully it'll be as good as yours. But everything in your fic stems from their natural connection and you're a fantastic writer just because you made me feel open to the possibility of them getting together again. So, thank you.

I don't know how you glean those ideas... Kissing her neck from behind is such a sexual and gorgeous thing. I feel like, if I were Donna, I could just wither. Such an amazing read. I'm feeling mesmerized by the wallflower metaphor. This is so me, lurking out of this wild life, this wilderness that is the world of fan fictions and here I am writing you a review because I believe your writing deserves more than just a couple review. You deserve a world of appreciation. I'm going to review chapter 2 now bc this I couldn't stop reading.
