Chapter felt pretty smooth to me, might just be authorial perfectionism at work and blinding you to the chapter being at a more than acceptable state.

Didn't see any typos or grammar issues. Emotions, ideas and tones were conveyed clearly. Taylor jumping in full bore, because of a misunderstanding..

Well.. It's very Taylor.

So yeah, suspect you're just being overly critical.

So she's pulling a Jaune Arc essentially, who went from canon fodder to low end of average in 9 months or so, going up against people who'd been training for years.

*nods head*
Toss in her Risen advantages stubbornness and work ethic.. Yeah.. I can see it happen, even if both her and Jaune were fairly blind to their own progression speed.

Too many self doubts in both cases.

Enjoyed the chapter and look forward to whatever else you decide to conjure up. Whether it be shipping, stabbing, sistering or more shooting.

I have never been the biggest fan of Destiny, but Taylor makes me want to be a fan of it in this story. Honestly, this and a finely honed blade make me want to create an account on sufficient velocity to keep up with the stories there.

It so weird reading a fic that has my name in it I keep doing double takes to make sure I read it right lol. This is great so far and I am really looking forward to all the crazy situations that Taylor gets into. :)

Hi! I’ve just found this story from a spacebattle poster who recommended this as one of the few good Destiny/Worm crossovers and I really have to hand it to you: this story is excellent. The worldbuilding of the Fallen and how Taylor got caught up in everything is well-executed and I love that the timeskips and flashbacks are really easy to distinguish from the beginnings of their chapters.
Thanks for your work on this and I hope that you’re still planning on updating it sometime in the future.

When are you going to update your other Worm stories?! You've been letting them sit for a while now.

Taylor's history as Skitter/Weaver/Kephri is a complicated one, but when it was happening, it all more or less made sense, especially from her perspective.

It seems like Taylor will be able to get some help, even if it is a little creepy, so that's good. Hopefully things go smoothly, but this is Taylor we're talking about...

Great chapter. Very much enjoyed seeming more of Taylor's life on the Reef.
This does, however, have extreme implications for the events of The House Of Wolves.
It seems like The greatly respect Weaver, and she has worked to make their lives better, and trained and fought with them closely. Keldar was seemingly going to call her "Kell."
This makes it seem like the Eliksni would be less likely to rebel. Not because of the Queen, but because of bonds of loyalty to Weaver. Some might still, but it becomes harder to imagine here.
Curious how you will handle this when it comes time.

Still know nothing about Destiny, but it's just like Taylor to join up with the ... energy vampire bug people(?) who are nominally against humanity(?) and turn them to humanitarian ends(?) through precise application of violence. So I'm enjoying whatever this is.

The best kind of laser. I always enjoy seeing how you express the world and interactions in your stories. Makes for excellent reading and thought provocation.

This is absolutly epic. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I realized of all the Techeuns I thought Sedia, Kalli and Shuro Chi had potential traumatic events that would have been potential triggers. The trauma of being Taken would have result in Thinker, Stranger or Shaker with Master undertones. But the best candidates for this kind of thing would be Sedia or Shuro.
From this event I picture Sedia gaining an ability to meld with any shadows, a response to her fear of the incoming threats. This can only occur in a limited radius around her and only a opponent with advanced sensory can ferret out her location. So this is a Stranger power with Shaker aspect, a appropriate response, since being Taken symbolizes both a threat to the self and a ambient threat that is quite hard to define.

Shuro would likely be Thinker/Stranger, since being Taken would have taken a toll on her mind. Maybe something that is a variation on Aisha’s power that has something to do with deflecting/analyzing threats?

Just wanted to say that I enjoyed your latest chapter of Paradoxical. I haven't played the game and what I have seen of it, other people have either been playing it or though cut scenes. Interesting choice of partners for Weaver and the explanation about the mini spheres was a nice touch as well.
Also, is Taylor's agent giving her ideas about technology or is her subconscious just remembering ideas she gleamed from the golden morning incident? Because I think Kali could use a personal shield upgrade so the same thing that happens to Cayde 6's ghost doesn't happen to her. ("You made your ghost her own power armor? That is..." Cayde holds up to thumbs. "Awesome! Can you make me one to and do they come in chicken size?" )
