Given Steve's introspection about the dangers presented by being reckless, I would have expected both Danny & Steve to lecture her about the importance of proper situational assessment & back up. I also expected a Danny rant at Steve about being a bad influence on Grace. Your focus on the more positive pride & admiration for the kids' heroics was sweet. |
