 BigChokka chapter 11 . 5/23 While I'm sure most of the people reading this story are here for IzukuxTsuyu, I've gotta say, I love how you handle secondary characters so far! People never really explore Iida and Midoriya's friendship even though they're supposed to be best friends, and I adore that you have the two of them just hanging out and being bros. Most other writers, especially in ship-focused stories like this one, would just use Iida as a caricature of an overly-stern robot boy. The little peek into Kirishima's mind a few chapters back was completely unnecessary, but SUPER in character for him, and really makes this story feel like it's about two people in a class with other people, not just a love story with some side characters. Love it. Speaking of side characters, I love Sato's little side arc in the Gundam chapter. Poor boy gets overlooked by everybody, even Horikoshi barely includes him in anything. I appreciate you remembering he exists, lol. |
