Cute! A very satisfying ending to a great story

yasssss great job I loved it I read it all in one day and I usually don't do that with fanfics

Wow...Archie's a huge jerk. Like, not a total evil monster, but just a bad friend in general. It's almost pleasantly surprising to see such a realistic take on a toxic friendship like this. But seriously, I wouldn't blame anyone if they wanted to punch the guy, he's a self-centered dork.

Okay, first you write the gang incredibly well, and now you're showing off how you can write sibling dynamics AMAZINGLY well. I'm loving this. XD Candace has always been my lesser favorites of the cast, so I enjoy her being depicted as an actually competent older sister as opposed to an obstacle made to make Phineas and Ferb look better in comparison.

But I do wonder how Archie's gonna react to Ferb having ditched him in their camp-out. XD Not too happy, I'm assuming. But it had to be done.

Ah~, so it's an abusive friendship kinda deal~, I see...kinda knew that but...but...wait...Candace, what kind of advice is that? What is Ferb dies with Archie during their camping trip? I mean, just the two of them, alone, camping, that is an all too familiar 48 Hours setup right there, man!

Though honestly, I don't think that's really Archie's plan. I just think he's a big jerky idiot. Hopefully we'll get to see what he's really like for sure in the next chapter, because so far I'm still in the dark about his motives.

This is getting really good! Can't wait to see more!

AAAaaaugh! I am completely HOOKED on this story! I'm on the edge of my seat every chapter. You do such an amazing job of building suspense and making sure that we know that there's a problem with Archie without saying anything outright. Until now. My gut twisted when Candace started talking about abusive friendships and I felt like a rubber band that had been stretched to the limit had finally snapped. Amazing writing! I can't wait for future chapters and stories!

Ooh~, I loved the beginning of this chapter~. X3 Ties very well to the ending of the last one. Clever writing styles like that make me gleeful.

Okay at this point there needs to be an intervention. Archie is clearly evil, I don't know how, but he's like...evil~. Not just a total jerk at this point. Oh my gosh~, you're just writing him so well~! I know he's being evil somehow, but I don't know how. There's no real evidence outside of how Ferb's acting and how Archie's views things and says things and acts, and that's not even real evidence until we see just what they're doing. But something tells me that what Archie's doing is incredibly bad.

And Ferb getting a lower grade on a test? Either he's really tired, or he's starting to suffer from depression, which just raises more questions about Archie and his motives. Especially since Phineas and Ferb's parents aren't going to be around. What could he possibly do with Ferb with their parents missing?

That ending of this chapter with Phineas and Perry was also adorable. X3

I love this so very much man~, just everything about this fits together perfectly and feels so natural while also consisting the feeling of dread and suspicion. You write this out so very well~. X3

So Archie seems totally...satisfied with Phineas and Ferb not building things. That is totally just a coincidence and doesn't imply anything weird whatsoever. Totally. Mm-hm~...what does come across as weird to me is that the teacher only gives ten percent off of an art project if they don't bring it to class the day its due and a zero if they only finished half of it. With that type of grading, all students would have to do is all rise up and leave their unfinished projects behind and get a solid 90 on their projects that they probably didn't do. XD

But in all seriousness, Buford was awesome here. I've already stated how he, Isabella, and Baljeet are just being awesome friends in this story, but I feel like its worth restating here.

Who would forget a name like Phineas? And mistake it for a name like PERCY no less. They both have the same first letters, but they don't sound the same. Makes me think that Archie called him that on purpose. XD

What also rubs me the wrong way is that while Phineas opened up about his sweet tooth and his inventing with Ferb, Archie only talks about his love of music. Not about his relationship with Ferb or anything. He doesn't even try to tell his side of the story and pretty much just tells Phineas to shut up. This guy is...really manipulative. XD And a little scary. Yeesh.

I like Baljeet in this story. I really do. He's alright in the series, but usually I feel like his episodes are pandering and just restate the fact that he's a kid with very low-self esteem. I just never got into that. But I DO like him as a supporting character, like he's being here with Phineas. I dunno, I feel like he, Buford, and Isabella are just being really good friends in this story.

And once again the tension rises as Ferb doesn't feel like building because he's...too tired? From visiting Archie? Okay, what exactly are these two doing? Phineas and Ferb build stuff everyday, and that's never tired Ferb out before if this story indicates anything. O_O

And that ending...I loved that ending. X3

"Oh, so you mean you tell him what to do and he has to do it?"

This sentence. Right here. Is firstly brilliant commentary on how some fans perceive Phineas as a manipulative, bossy leader of the duo (which used to bother me to no end), and secondly may reveal to me just what Archie used to do to Ferb back in England.

Just think about it, that's the first thing he comes up with when Phineas explains what they do everyday? He doesn't say "That. Is. AWESOME!" like a normal teen their age, or even shows any sound of concern that maybe this isn't safe for either of them to do, it's made perfectly clear that this is anger he's expressing, or at least mild irritation. He does NOT like what either of them are doing.

But why exactly? Usually antagonists of a story go after Phineas and/or Ferb because of their inventing prowess. Due to your stories indicating that Ferb is really the mechanical genius of the duo, something tells me that Archie isn't trying to defend Ferb; he's making it clear to Phineas that only HE can manipulate Ferb in that way, albeit subtly. That, or there's something else going on, and I'm just speculating.

Another thing that grabbed my attention was Ferb's lack of focus when this discussion is happening, which is something that he has more-so compared to anyone else. The only time he's ever been distracted is when an inator forced him to look another direction ("Split Personality") and when Ferb first met Vanessa. So what kind of impact does Archie have on Ferb to make him seem so thoughtless? Heck, Phineas' feelings towards Archie raises a million flags in my head, there's something wrong with that kid.

"I think I'm overreacting just a little."

No you're not Phineas, especially if someone like BUFORD is getting worried about the situation.

Okay, first of all, clothing made of plants...that is hilarious and somehow so PnF style of humor. XD You've got Ferb's dryness down to a T.

Second, I love how you take the time to describe the normalcy of Phineas and Ferb's lives, including how they basically build machines to make themselves food (I'm in the mood for stew now...mm~...) as well as Phineas and Isabella collaborating on schoolwork via yelling across the street from each other. It feels so normal, and yet something only these two would do.

Finally, I am...genuinely terrified for Ferb. Genuinely. O_O

Hm...a story commentary on OCs, huh~? I've seen these types of stories before, but they feel more like hilarious parodies. This one differs greatly in tone, which works exceedingly well. There's already this eeriness in this Archie guy that I can't really describe, but I already know he's bad news.

I also like how you briefly mentioned inconsistencies in certain types of OCs through Archie that would, realistically, be considered red flags, such as Ferb having never mentioned Archie even ONCE to Phineas or the others, and that Ferb seems to act significantly different around Archie than he does around anyone else (usually both of those things would be viewed as positives, rather than negatives; I myself have made an OC like that unfortunately lol).

I'm liking where this is going so far~. X3
