Oh! That poor woman. I wonder if the time lords will retaliate over this. I can see both humans and time lords reacting badly. I could even see it leading to war. Ugh! There’s no way Earth could win. Humans would end up as slaves or extinct. The Doctor has better do some fast fixing. Wow! What a chapter.

I really like how Donna and the Doctor are starting to get along. The way Donna is acclimating is brilliant. And their speech patterns are spot on.

I really enjoyed her shopping trip.

I wonder what Donna’s reaction will be when she learns more about looms. I wonder why the looms aren’t working, and why the time lords need minerals from Earth instead of their own minerals. Could the time lords be interested in more than minerals from Earth?

How safe is Earth in all this anyway? It’s sounds like the time lords are in the middle of some pretty intense plotting. Since Donna, an earthling, is involved, is Earth involved too?

And what’s a Gremlin? That HAS to be a mistranslation coming through the TARDIS matrix. Or maybe it’s just the closest translation in English. I wonder if she’ll ask the Doctor.

Who was the Doctor taking for backup? Does he actually trust another Gallifreyan? What if it was a woman? Would Donna get jealous? Or was it his dog? Was k-9 his back up? Oh, I bet the Doctor would get a kick out of Donna getting jealous over his dog.

I wonder if a time lord will try to trick Donna into marriage. She’d probably deck him.

Oh! Donna seriously needs a watch. That poor woman. She’s going to go crazy trying to keep time straight.
