Firstly i think dumbledore will loose his titles artist those of government office, the international community will stripe him first such a scandal will make them take action quickly to absolve them from the coming backlash ...making this scandal contained among the british magical community.
Suspension on his british titles will come next, due to public outcry he will loose headmaster states but I'm sure dumbledore has a few house seats in his name, i can see him having inherited a few apart from his own families from families that died out in his service or that left him as proxy.
That will keep him close to the plot.
Legally their is less they can do, dumbledore never took much direct action on harry he allowed others to do so. Hagrid took him from his home, his blood relative petunia allowed and participated on his abuse. He will get hate for his misinfomation on the boy , the tampering on things like wills which can't fully be proven ...honestly at most fines and less than a year in azkaban , a restraining order too by harry but not life or long sentence. His punishment would be best applied by court of public opinion

Whenever I read a good SS fanfictions even I wish I could have seen Alan Rickman/Severus Snape acting in it, especially in smut content... Miss him and love him so much
