i really liked this! i love that scene where marco gets all flustered over the garters, but ace doesnt get it. in general i just really appreciate the depth of trust and familiarity in their relationship. they really love eachother.

anyways, the ending was sooo good, I could imagine the scenery perfectly! the fire slowly dying down into nothing while they hold each other. Beautiful! love all your ideas and stories and little one-shots you post (although sometimes they don't end up being one-shots, which is awesome) and I enjoy your writing a lot!
