The 'why didn't you save me?' part got me really bad, and I mean in a good way. I love stories like this, usually centering around hurt, no comfort. Though I felt a bit guilty enjoying this, because of a little boys sufferings.

Oh wow. This was really good. Well-written. I wish there were more stories involving Ciel and Undertaker. Will there be more?
