okay, this is one of the few well written DP \TT fanfics I've ever come across and that's saying something.

Ooh, clifhanger energy was strong in this one!

Im enjoying the attention to how the teens are written, something thats rare to come by on FF

I think what people mean about the "isnt a barrel a angst" is that Danny's issues arent taking up the majority of the focus in the story. Alot of authors on here do that cause theyre in love with the idea of a tragic hero but ignore or just don't know how to write a real person with pain and trauma. The best thing about that though is that this chapter is a perfect example on what CAN be done and done well when writing characters with trauma. The scene with Richard are funny and the friendly barbs traded with eachother show him being able to still function and commit to being on a team.
the scene with someone like Kori, a person who is naturally gifted and patient when providing emotional support can easily make someone guarded breakdown and begin to heal, the scene was sweet and touching btw
And the detail you brought up with Stone and Danny being kindred spirits in the thing that changed their lives is something Ive NEVER come across on here before this story
Sorry for the long review, but so far this whole story just works man, it feels like Danny belongs in a dc feature

Ravens colour scheme matches the shade she jus threw at Orpheus
I like Danny being referred to as his new hero name. Makes this feel more legit since the writing is good and matches the tone of the show

eh it was a bit weird when you described what is practically a minor in a really sexual way but other than that blaring factor, this story is still pretty good.
