I love the totally, utterly, horribly humiliating opening! There's not nearly enough realistically bad sex in fanfic, so for that alone I would salute you, but you actually wrote a great story to go around it. Lots of angst and drama and hot smut to make up for that prologue!

Thanks for wrapping it up! I only saw a few errors that were easy to glaze over so Kudos to speedtyping. Also, thanks for another steamy Luke and Lorelai chapter. I think the Liz problem was solved perfectly. ASP never wraps things into a neat little ball so this fit perfectly in with that.

In my head, Luke misses Lorelai like he did when he landed in her bed asleep in this chapter and since Liz and Jess take over the diner apartment, they realize after a few months that he’s 90% moved in. Lorelai has a mini-freak out at how serious their relationship is without her realizing it. Luke doesn’t confront her and instead takes to building her a bunch of shelves but he’s anxious. So eventually they have a mini blow up first actual relationship fight kind of deal where Luke goes fishing because he can’t go back to the apartment Jess and Liz inhabit.

Liz finds him and calls him out on being just like their dad and never really saying how he feels. Rory and Lorelai take the Harvard trip and they both come back really sorry. And while he isn’t ready to get down on one knee yet, Luke has the ring his mother wore in his pocket.

What I really like about your writing is you weave the complexity of sex into the complexity of the relationship seamlessly.
The heart-fluttering fluffy love words of other stories is translated into heated passion and energy. Fabulous work.

I just finished inhaling your story and wanted to let you a review because you really deserve it!
This is wonderfully written, in every detail. The dialogues are great, feel absolutely natural and always in-character, starting from Luke & Lorelay down to Jackson excited/worried for his pumpkins. Absolutely delightful!
The storyline is fantastic: I hate when the obstacles come from other people/situations and L&L can do nothing to avoid it. Here everything is in their hands and you make a wonderful work guiding us in what they think and feel.
The smutty scenes are also very good and not obvious. I really wouldn't change a word. I'm just sad that you didn't manage to finish it yet! But I do hope that you will, one day. I'll be here to read your next chapters, anticipating their excellence.

Things are so wonderful for Luke and Lorelai , and by extension, Rory also. But, what can be done for Liz? Luke doesn't even know where she is - he is wanting to help her, but how, where, when? thanks. More soon please. (I love the teasing between Luke and Lorelai!). Thanks. Very good story.

So glad you decided to continue this. It was so nice to see Lorelai be able to comfort Luke and make him feel safe/happy. So happy that Rory is ok with them together. Can't wait to see what happens next with Luke and Lorelai.
