| bookivore chapter 1 . 9/11/2019 Considering the way JKR flip-flopped on her characterization of the major characters, you can look at the books for reasons to hate or love almost any of them. It's a bit unfair to hate Snape for wishing that Black was kissed, and not hate Black for seeming to think that luring Snape into a werewolf den was about as important as putting a whoopie cushion on his chair. You have to keep in mind that JKR was in the business of making all the adult characters incompetent and/or unlikable so that Harry continued to save the world by himself. |
