This is hilarious. You capture the haplessness that is Chris and the ridiculousness of the situation, right down to the twins' answering in unison.

Gene and Alex are perfectly in character, and you ratchet up the tension to just the right degree while also offering a hint of the rift that's to come.

But the air of foreboding does not linger and you let us have our fun, with the guv chewing out Chris and then fighting Alex to a draw.

And what a great closing line!

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. They're all so in character, especially Gene (I love his bat back of the 'something may come to you in your sleep' line :D) I hope they got round to that game some other time!
