I hope you keep guts falling in love whit casca I really think they deserve to be together and raise their son

Well most of the events in cannon didn't seem to change except for that Hunter guys, and the fact that guts seem to be stronger than normal...Not that he isn't. BECAUSE HE IS GUTS! Keep up the good work and thanks for the chapter!

I like how the story is going. Without Guts, the band of the hawk will not become as unstoppable as they as they were going to, but Griffith still will activate the behelit, especially without Guts. Casca might not make it out of the eclipse unless guts get in the middle of that who With his luck, definitely will. There is just so much that can change since the golden age arc is the source of everything.

*Continued after thinking about it more:
I gave it some thought and realized that you have the chance to explore Guts' history. Think about this, what do we know about Guts parents? Why was his mother hung? You could easily included a multi-chapter arc about that and maybe find a way to tie it into the prevailing them of causality. Additionally, it might be nice to see how Guts interacts with organizations like the Holy See, as well as individuals that he only meets after the eclipse (or prior as a member of the band of the hawk (falcon)). Furthermore, you can always write highly immersive scenes were Guts meets Griffith again during other encounters and how that might create a connection between them. Recall that Griffith (by his own admission [although this could have been a lie] to the Midland princess) said that he only respects those who have their own dreams. And, while it may be true that Griffith came to respect Guts, we have to remember that he'd joined the Band of the Hawks for a different reason than most. He wasn't a worshiper. You have the opportunity to expand upon that relationship!

*As for the next chapter:
I think that you should focus on the internalized combat/dialogue that goes unsaid between Guts and Griffith during their first encounter. If you recall, most of what happens is facial expressions and actions. So it would be interesting to see a literature version of this encounter, where (you) as the author give us more creative details.

An interesting chapter and overall story take on the Berserk fandom. I personally would find it worthwhile for you to include aspects of *your* own unique world building. Much of what we know about the physical world takes place in Midland; there is little information about cities, towns, and hamlets outside of the few that become locations of major conflicts. Additionally, I'm wondering as to how you'll handle Gut's character progression (assuming you do what I think you are going to do). Much of Gut's character is developed during his travels with the Band of the Hawk (Falcon), including his sense of camaraderie, emotional development, love-interest, and eventual morale foundation. So seeing how he changes based on the outcome of his first encounter with Griffith will be worthwhile. Additionally, there is a lot that Berserk misses out on with regards to Apostles, the God Hand, and the beherits (behelits). *Small Spoiler for the Manga*: Later in the manga when Guts takes an inactive beherit from an apostle I think that we miss out on what implications that might mean (although Slan does hint at it during her own brief re-introduction). Beherits always find their way back to their intended owner and by the law of causality that can take a long time to happen. Whose to say that Guts wasn't the rightful owner of said berherit, after all he shares many similarities to Griffith. Particularly with his inner darkness. Which is also a theme I hope you'll utilize; the manga talks a lot about the Idea of Evil being a fragment of humanity's own desire for justification (for their exstinace, suffering, etc). Guts' inner darkness is also a fragment of his own desire for bloodlust, rage, hatred, and revenge. While we only come to discover it after the Eclipse, I think that the seed has always existed, from the moment a babe was birthed from a corpse. Anyway, this is starting to ramble, so good luck and I'm looking forward to more.

Interesting chapter and take on Guts foster mother since she's barely mentioned or cherished by guts in the manga and who knows what may happen since without Guts, the band of the hawk will not be able to handle most of the things that will happen, but let's hope that Guts can finally find the happiness he deserves.
P.S. I just wish for a story where Jill appears since she's one of my favorite characters and could have joined guts later like Isidro, Farnese and Serpico did even though she would be useless in combat (maybe she could train along with Isidro, Schierke or stayed with Rickert and Erica). Geez, so many characters we want to see again but probably never will. Goddammit, Miura.

Hmm this trully will turn interesting if somehow Guts is working for Tudor making a name for himself while the hawks are in midland.
Though there is the possibility of Guts meeting Farnesse earlier since her father is a bigshot, or meet Luca the prostitut in Tower of conviction.
Also due to this divergence fate may put monsters on Guts way similar to Shepherd barks preventing the Herd of Sheeps from straying.
