Lovely story just sora n taichi (vatamers) love story in this one feels too forced and not real love since both using each other as coping mechanisms. Especially prominent with sora and later taichi... At most they feel a physical attraction especially on taichi end n blushes or get embarrass cause they slept together... I feel based on your story the most organic pairing is rika n taichi vtamers cause they just flow right n it seems to be going that way but not for the time being I think... Maybe season two kind of thing

Maybe I’m overthinking it, but the way Miyako barged into the station and demanded stuff really reminded me of how Hirokazu got the command on her and Iori. Has she been wanting to pull that off on someone ever since then?

Also, I don’t understand why Mari was so happy to see Zoe/Izumi when she’s clearly terrified of her. Or perhaps Zoe changed after getting Sora’s former crest...

Well things seem to be bottoming out, so soon there will be nowhere to go but up.

Well, half of them are back in the Digital World while the other half as still in the Dark Ocean. Now that Hikari is gone, I’m curious to what Dagomon will do to them. Kill them for fun, ignore them, or be convinced to help the find a way back.

Anyway, now that Hikari has returned to the Digital World, the remaining two sovereign digi-tama are kinda pointless as they are. They’re still powerful, but, maybe another power up? Actually, reading this and seeing Hikari as she is, I’m starting to wonder if Neo will end up betraying her. He completely seems like the type to do that the second the opportunity presents itself.

Still, Hikari has been made to feel pain. If he can hurt her by letting his rage and anger take over, than he should also have the strength to fight her in a none corrupt state of mind. Also, no that the solar digivice is gone, I’m curious if ulforce V-dramon is still available as a digivolution, or if something else will be coming. The possibilities, the possibilities. I’m looking forward to them.

Yeah, I can see that not working, either because she wakes up or because she’s wearing a metal plate over her chest as insurance. Heck, it might even hit her crest of darkness. I can totally see that happening.
Although, it would make sense for Taichi to hesitate right then and there. Then when he goes to do it, flinch and only weaken her instead of kill her...

Something that surprise me a little in the story is that I guess Kari was after all a little girl, she got Taichi for herself and if she managed to act a little, and wait for the perfect moment, not only no one could suspected anything but she could have all the power. She could had put some excuse like "a rebel assassinated Taichi with a suicide attack" or something like that.

Sorry if it sounds rude, as you are the writer and I guess you had already a good idea in the story.

Also, a question, I guess the myth that vampires don't age is different in the story? I mean, i just imagine it could be funny or surprising as how the evil dark lady is a little eight year old

I also wonder what could Kari reaction if she is compared to Myotismon as she seem to be doing the same. Make a army? Check. Try to conquer the Digi-World? Check, Make others into Vampires? Check... And somehow I remember 'Malomyotismon' if it's not too much spoiler, could you tell us if he is the final villain hidden inside Hikari?

For some reason, the 3 way battle you’re alluding to in the next chapter reminds me of that one story you wrote where Taichi, Yamato, and Myotismon teamed up to fight Apocolypmon. Myotismon gave his energy and helped them jogress if I recall correctly. Then afterward the victory, they kill each other. Anyway, I know that isn’t the route this is taking, or at least nothing suggests that for this upcoming battle, but that’s the vibe I get.

I wonder though, if those other hinted potential megas are foreshadowing. Imperialdramon, gran kuwagamon...?
