Absolutely riveting. Thank you so much for writing this. I can tell you spent some time planning out the story, setting up things that would later be integral to the narrative. The way you weave together dramatic action, tender romance, and character development is incredible. Plus, all the references to canon were very astute. I was saying "oh my god!" and "no...noooo!" out loud a lot while reading this!

Favorite parts:
-Where Murdoc catches in the air 2D and 2D actually has to make the decision to trust him with his life
-When Noodle and 2D's bond seemingly has near-mystical abilities to pull 2D away from supernatural dark forces
-8-bit video game references
-The insidious way the demon gets into 2D's head, slowly convincing him to go to the basement
-How the first time the demon successfully possesses 2D, but the second time he's strong enough to eject it himself. The first time really got me in the heart.

Cannot wait for Mastermind to update! Keep it up, you're very talented!

But yeah it's been a long time since I read a Gorillaz fic.
And I'm glad this is the first one that caught my eye!

I loved this fanfic not only was 2d and noodle cute togther but it was also fun and felt like a real gorillaz phaze please do more like this

OMG! I absolutely love your fanfic! It's been a long time since I was engrossed in something like this! Not only do I adore the way you presented 2D and Noodle's relationship (which is totally adorable and sweet) but also the relationship between the band members as a whole (I particularly like the fact that you made Murdoc have a tiny but cute soft spot for them, even though he's still an arse most of the time lol). Also, I was really impressed with the way you made the music videos (Strobelite, Saturn Barz and Garage Palace) and your plot intertwine with eachother, it was quite smooth and neat. Although, I sincerely hope nobody dies at the end (Please don't do it lol).
I honestly would like to make some fan art for some of my favourite bits of this fanfic, but I will wait until you finish it in case more of them appear.
