I can’t begin to tell you how pissed I am that the Winchesters have never even attempted to help Cas fix his broken wings. They can save the planet and create inter dimensional rifts, but can’t take the time to patch up their best friend?! I loved this poignant story. Your characterization of jack is on point.

This story was beautiful and so well written! I enjoyed every second of it! I love how you portrayed the characters and the plot was amazing! This was so much better than what happened in the show!

I haven’t watched the later seasons of supernatural (ahg, spoilers, lol) but from this story, I gotta admit I’m excited for Jack and that father/son bond between him and Castiel!

I just love happy stories. They make me feel so warm. Jack and Dean and Sam and Castiel, they deserve this. I love how your story goes over the difficulty between Jack and Dean, and have Dean Works through his emotions. And I love Jack's goodness, his willingness to love others because he is good to his very soul.

*because, the wings...* You know I adore wing healing scenes, and this one was definitely no exception. Also, Dean getting Cas a new coat (since he does need the new coat!) was just fantastic, proving Dean does pay attention and understands what Cas means and needs. And Jack! My little cinnamon roll! Jack healed Cas's wings. Omg I was so happy especially when his whole memory came back with it. Now the Angel is whole again. The family is back together. :D

Yes I'm glad Dean told him all that. It's true even though Cas has made mistakes, his still family. Especially Dean he was broken when Cas died. Cas is his best friend. Cas is better alive not dead. Dean needs him, Jack needs him. Cas is a huge part of the family.

Oh! That single feather slipping free and falling to the floor as ash just destroyed me! Such powerful imagery. I really enjoyed this. Cas is restored and Jack has done something with his powers that worked as planned. Thank you for writing such positive stories full of love, brotherhood and friendship.

Finally got a change to read this! This was just a lovely ending, and yay Jack! He was able to fix Cas' wings and make him whole again! That makes me so happy, especially knowing he won't be in constant pain anymore. And now they have him back fully. I really liked how Dean got him the new coat and how it kind of represents a new chapter in his life (because I always kinda correlated that with Cas' coats to be honest). And the hugs and the happy family feels :') And Dean making sure Cas remembered and knew he was loved and that wasn't just Dean talking in the moment. *happy sigh* Thanks for another awesome angsty story with a hopeful ending! D
