Guest chapter 1 . 5/3/2018 Sorry that everything is told in parts. I pushed on accident post review, anyway what I wanted to say was that during the wedding Helga and Arnold are 24 and there is no Andy. Maybe I calculated wrong, but I just wanted to ask to be sure. |
Guest chapter 1 . 5/3/2018 or 23. I am just curious about how things played out etc, I don’t want to bother you. |
Guest chapter 1 . 5/3/2018 I love your story, but there is one thing I noticed. Olga was 30 or 31 when she got the twins , so that means they must be around 12. This plays around 12 years after they got married so Olga is 41 or 42. Helga is according to you 12 or 13 years younger than Olga. That means she is now lets say 30 years old. You say in this fanfic that Helga and Arnold have a son who is in the fourth grade, meaning he is 9 years old. That would mean that Helga got pregnant around her 21 or 22 right? But in your fanfic |
Guest chapter 5 . 4/17/2018 What a nice ending. One step at a time. It’s good to know Olga’s taking Helga’s advice. For the first time, in a long time, the Sherman are happy as a family. And I like Helga’s overall development. In addition to her immediate family, she truly does love her sister and her family, even to the point of somewhat understanding Olga’s position.. And I like that she’s forgiven her parents. Also, that was a cute moment between her and Arnold. You know, maybe after the healing starts in Olga’s family, maybe, just maybe, she can establish that sisterly bond she always wanted with Helga. Who knows? I look forward to the next story. |
Guest chapter 4 . 4/17/2018 Another great chapter. Man, Olga really got hit hard. Well, sometimes you just have to be blunt and honest with some people, lest you enable them. Definitely sobering, once the shell-shock wore off. She wants perfection in her family, yet she herself isn’t perfect. And maybe this was also good for Helga, too, in a way. To get that off her chest. I’m glad you mentioned how Olga said she didn’t like the pressure Bob and Miriam put on her. I was surprised by her behavior during the Thanksgiving special because she seemed to completely contradict the end of her debut episode. Mickey Kaline Jr... I remember that episode. Nice. I could totally see Curly growing up to be an artist. Onto the next chapter. |
Guest chapter 6 . 4/17/2018 Definitely checking that out. You're a good writer and I wanna see what you do next. |
Guest chapter 4 . 4/16/2018 That wasn't an rant that was a verbal beat down. Having said that, Helga was mature about it, she didn't yell in Olgas face or cuss her out. They say that you learn more from your failures than from your victories and that seems to be the case here. Olga was always winning so she never grew as a person, she stagnated. Helga had it rough so she had to learn a lot of lessons Olga never did. This was definitely the most cathartic chapter. |
Invader Johnny chapter 6 . 4/16/2018 A new story you say? Neat, gonna read that right now. Invader Johnny Signing Off. |
Guest chapter 5 . 4/16/2018 I'm glad this ended on a happy note. I was afraid it was going to be a super depressing 'the Pataki curse continues' ending. Despite her awful behaviour, I felt bad for Olga so it's nice that she redeems herself. |
