So why would there be a floo in a library? Or an apparition point, since there's no apparition in Hogwarts. You really don't seem to think sometimes when you're writing. Also, a floo is a fireplace. Therefore, it's only connected to the outside - through the chimney. How did poison gas come in through the floo? It would have had to come through the chimney from outside the school. Yet you indicated that it was all closed inside the school. Once again, doesn't make sense. Couldn't happen.

Disgusting story hate any stories where sirius is seen in a bad picture and hang around a bully like draco Malfoy and a death eater wife,always hated the malfoys and always almost think that sirius is himself a death eater with this story.

About 4/5 into the story you had the Wizengamot make Bones the new minister. A couple paragraphs later Minister Fudge oversees the meeting between Harry and Sirius. It's about one page of text or so. Continuity errors can happen, but those two are really close together.
