Also the few descriptions and feelings you put in, still feel bland

First of all, you need to work on detail. There is a severe lack of it here. Second, the pacing is god awful and there was no set up what so ever. Third, dialogue. Its bland, and all dialogue should have its own paragraphs. Two people shouldn't have dialogue in the same paragraph.

Wrong way to write dialogue:
Lucy ran up to Natsu with a small smile on her face, "Hey Natsu, what cha up to?" Natsu looked over at the celestial spirit mage with a grin on his own, "Hey Luce, not much!"

Correct way to write dialogue:
Lucy ran up to Natsu with a small smile on her face, "Hey Natsu, what cha up to?"

Natsu looked over at the celestial spirit mage with a grin of his own, "Hey Luce, not much!"
