Visitor chapter 10 . 7/15/2019 This story had me enthralled for a really long time, great work! |
Suggestion chapter 5 . 5/14/2019 In this chapter, when you say Iosef was about the fuck her wife, it should be changed to rape. He was about to rape Maura because she had not consented to a fuck. Its a small thing, but huge when talking about rape and rape culture. |
Boramir chapter 1 . 3/1/2019 Adding to my previous comment. The reason why it was kill or be-killed with no possibility of any other outcome in the Movie John Wick was because they killed John's dog. Viggo knew that he couldn't undo that and he knew that John was going slaughter everyone who got in his way in his quest to rip Iosef's heart out. The only way to prevent his son from dying was to kill John before he managed to hunt Iosef down. But in this story no-one has died by the time Viggo found out what happened. So my question is why doesn't Viggo just take Maura and the car away from Iosef and immediately return them (unharmed) to Jane. He would then be in a position to negotiate a deal which gets him and his son out from under the threat of Jane's wrath. He would probably have to pay Jane a lot of money (to compensate for injuries and the insult of anyone daring to attack her and take what was hers) and he would probably have to promise to personally beat the shit out of his son but it would be cheaper than the alternative. In answer to anyone who says that making a deal rather than fighting would undermine Viggo's position and make him look weak in the criminal underworld I don't think his power was that fragile and everyone in this world knows who Jane (John Wick) is. Seriously is anyone going to think Viggo's is weak because he choses not to take on a super assassin unnecessarily. Also if a hypothetical enemy of Viggo's sees a deal with Jane (John) as weakness and tries to challenge him then Viggo just whistles up his army of enforcers and settles things in the traditional way rather than fighting someone who is a killing machine. |
Boramir chapter 10 . 2/19/2019 Interesting story. Only one question, why didn't Viggo just return Maura and the car immediately upon learning what his son did? Does no one in the criminal underworld know how to say "I'm sorry my kid is an idiot, but let me deal with the little shit okay?" |
CharmH chapter 8 . 1/22/2019 I am very glad that both Maura and Jane are ok. I should rather say relatively ok. Maura going with Jane takes a lot of guts. But I can fully understand why she is so insistent. She has always been there in the past to patch Jane up. Now, having seen and being exposed to the reality of how easy it is for those in the life to kill, she wants to be there if Jane needs her in any way. I am glad that she was there to help Vince. |
Amorphous chapter 9 . 1/19/2019 Wow. Just - holy shit, wow, hold on a sec. I need to take a second to pick my jaw off the floor because HOLY. SHIT. I friggin' love this fic - the characters being in character (granted this is an au where Tommy's a cleaner, Vincent and Jane are assassins and whatnot: so not COMPLETELY in character- shit I better stop rambling) from the parts where Jane is a love-struck sap to when she's a relentless BAMF assassin with a degree in kicking ass: this fic was fuckin' LIT. The only question I got is this - Iosef was kicked (pretty fucking violently, yeah) but a kick to the ribs isn't enough to kill a man insofar as I'm aware of. What happened to him? Did one of the others (Riley, Tommy, etc) kill him? Did he survive, and if he did will he come after Jane for revenge (or get it in his head that fucking with Jane Godamn Rizzoli is a death sentence.) Did he just decide to fuck right off to Lego Land? Did he die from stepping on a Lego, because let's be real those little bitches hurt enough to make a motherfucker think s/he was dying. Or maybe he just fucked right off in general? Damn, I gotta stop reading fanfic's when I smoke a joint - apprently I get weirder an shit. And also wanting to play with Lego's. Keep on writing, Amorphous |
CharmH chapter 7 . 1/15/2019 I am very glad that Jane found Maura. They belong together. As many has come to realise, by their own death, that you don't fuck with them being together. Viggo and his little son is going to find that out for themselves very shortly. The flashback that Maura had of how and when Jane proposed to her was very heartfelt. Your words drew me in and made my heart bloom with love. |
CharmH chapter 6 . 1/14/2019 This is high volume action in overdrive. Absolutely brilliant. Very fast paced action, but you took us with Jane to save Maura. I can feel Jane's suppressed fear and anxiousness. Taking us along for the ride with Jane is a rare talent in a writer. You have that talent. |
CharmH chapter 5 . 1/8/2019 Loved it! Very fast paced chapter. Perfect for the situation that Jane found herself in. |
CharmH chapter 4 . 1/8/2019 Perfect match to the movie. But you still have my full attention, as this can turn on its head in one sentence. |
CharmH chapter 3 . 1/8/2019 This was a big chapter to read, but it was so well written that it just flew past as fast as Jane's car can drive. I hope you don't mind me saying that I would love to have a car like hers. *big smile* I love the flashbacks that you have added into the chapters, as they tell the story of how Jane and Maura met. It gives the backstory for this "edge of your seat" story, allowing it to continue without any interruptions. Brilliant! |
CharmH chapter 2 . 1/8/2019 Hurting Maura was unavoidable. There was no other way of creating realism, as any other woman would put up a fight. She must be scared witless. I am worried about Jane too. That pipe could have done a lot of damage. I have to read the next chapter immediately. |
CharmH chapter 1 . 1/8/2019 WOW! This is good. Just the first chapter have me sitting on the edge of my seat, full of angst. I am very glad that I have just come across your stories and that this one has been completed. I would not have been able to wait for the next chapter. Especially as I refreshed my memory by watching John Wick before reading your story. From the movie, I know what is coming. But... Your excellent writing have me dreading reading the next chapter, but I cannot stop myself. You have a new follower. |
sally rally chapter 10 . 9/24/2018 Very, very nice. |
EnterpriseCaptain7 chapter 9 . 6/4/2018 Just wanted to say I love how you adapt your stories! Loved this one! Jane is one BADASS BITCH! Great job! |
