I sat for a few minutes remembering the masses of irked DB fans who wanted to see Vegeta officially end Frieza in Resurrection "F." (Yes, I'm still not over it.) You've written Vegeta's struggle with great empathy. Many people who experience trauma never get catharsis, which is dramatized well here. They must learn to cope differently to live the best lives they can. Nice job.

although Super didn't end this way for Freeza, I am happy you ended him. it just isn't fair that he would be powerful again. it's insane. I love your writing here because you can feel Vegeta's turmoil. I love how he smiles at his children though.

i really like this one-shot! I'm more like long histories but this one is really good

It was a really good one-shot. Characterization was consistent and on par with canon and the family aspect is a endearing. Overall, a good story.
