Interesting story. Was it supposed to say “before O.W.L.s”? When you wrote “he caught his eye and the subtle shaking of his head,” it just was a little confusing. You’re talking about Harry catching the eye of Severus and the shaking of Severus’ head, right?

But this was an interesting drabble plot :)
