You just bragged on me about being your most consistent reviewer. I want to apologize for missing 2 chapters, things have been... hectic for the past few weeks, not to mention depression giving me a massive middle finger.

Really love how you've roped Pyrrha into this whole ordeal, fuck Jaune she deserves better :L That trick you had Blake pull was dirty but very amusing to me. As well as having Pyrrha nearly kiss Nora to get her brain to stop short circuiting after the little bomb drop. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the upcoming shitstorm goes, its promising to be one hell of a show.

Gotta say, if you can't work Yang hitting Adam with some sort of vehicle/heavy machinery at some point during the fight I'll be a little disappointed. Easily my favorite scene to date in canon. Yang is not gonna be happy when she realizes both Blake and Weiss were planning on going out in a big way. Hopefully it doesn't get to that point but we'll see.

I wonder what the outcome of what Neo had planned to use Ruby's soul for would have been? Would everything cease to exist? Would the grim have died off? What about the maiden powers? Some interesting possibilities to how things could have gone along that route.

Only a few more chapter left!? Nuuuu! I genuinely love this story and it's prequel, and I don't think I will be able to sleep easy if Ruby isn't reunited with her team! I would most definitely love a sequel to this wonderful fanfiction!

Damn, seeing WBY move on just makes me sad as hell... I do hope Ruby returns soon, but that's probably not for another half dozen or so chapters, maybe more... Ayayay my heart can't take this

Yay, Pyrrha has been seduced, made up a little for not letting Kali be seduced. Blake is clearly enjoying herself and not regretting it in the slightest. Weiss on the other hand is having a mini crisis of conscience, I hope she manages to work it out. Her talk with Yang should help, and I wonder if Yang will eventually be on board with it. Her and Pyrrha together is just plain hot, redheaded Amazonian and blonde boxer bombshell, don't mind if I do. This is gonna make what ever reappearance you have planned for Rubes especially tense if this somehow gets brought up.

Well done on the chapter, both with setting up the seduction and the aftermath of it. I enjoyed watching Ironwood get nonverbally slapped by Blake haha. She is *everywhere*. Looking forward to more as it comes.

The more thats revealed the more I am sure Ruby is making a play on the world out of spite for what happened to her. Sure she let them kill her in a moment of clarity, but now that Neo saved her? Gloves are gonna come off is my bet, and this is gonna get nasty before its all said and done.

I read Butterflies 5 days ago and finished what is availible of this story just now and I can honestly say that you had me enthralled from the first word to the last!

Congratulations on creating this masterpiece.

Usually when I finish with a story I love I give a list of pros and cons, but its 01:20 in the morning and i'm honestly to tired to think straight, so I'll just say the following...

I loved your versions of RWBY! Your take on Weiss was increadibly refreshing, especially her role of team support was great. Yang was great to, her power, caring and most of all the developement was increadibly well done.

Furthermore, Blake, while my least favorate of the original RWBY, you have made into a character I can honestly love and her love for Ruby and her team is increadibly hartwarming.

And lastly Ruby/Summer/Mask... you know what I mean. This is possibly one of the most complex characters I have ever read about, and to me she trancends her source materail. She was a masterclass on writing rarely seen, and keeping up with who was who and what dam near gave me an existensial crisis. The last few chapters had me in tears, the suffering and torture she went through, the end of Mask/Ruby was hart-wrenching with her fading streangth and how both her and summer reacted when finalt FEELING again gave me trouble with reading through al the tears in my eyes.

In all honesty I loved this version/versions of her. From the start, it is difficult for me to describe just why, but her self-sacrificing nature, how her team created this version of her, how she doesnt feel at all but in the end kinda did? I dont know how to say it, but suffice to say that I loved her and she made me question just what the meaing of self is.

I just loved this version of Ruby!

Welp, now they *know* Neo knows something. Looking forward to seeing how that plays out, especially if Ruby chooses to reveal herself. I'm also looking forward to seeing what Yang does with her Headmistress position, although I feel it probably won't last long.

An excellent chapter, and while it wasn't what I expected, the battle with Ruby is probably the best I could've imagined.

I do wonder how much of Ruby got "saved" by Neo's request. Neo was infatuated with Summer, a being so alike to her, but I wonder if the original Ruby would've been saved with that, as well.

I wonder, did Neo only save 'Summer' or did she save the original as well? Hope your Christmas was a good one, mine sure as hell wasn't.

So now we see what happened when Ruby died. But her souls is now in Neo's hands... and Neo sold her soul for it. Why? What is her goal, what does she want?
I can't wait to see it.
