Rule #2: A Pure-Blooded Angel who murders a human in order to obtain a Sacred Gear would promptly fall from Grace due to the fact that such an action could only be motivated by Greed, which is a cardinal sin.

Rule #3: Trying to forcibly remove either Boosted Gear or Divine Dividing from the current holder of that Sacred Gear will more than likely cause the Dragon inside the Sacred Gear to activate Juggernaut Drive as a self-defense mechanism, which is just going to ruin everyone's day (Since Raynare didn't actually attempt to steal Boosted Gear in the series, she was successful in temporarily killing him without that happening).

Rule #4: Pure-Angels do not form harems.

Well have angels taught issei how to fight even he's holding back his TRUE POWER raynare even if having back up should have not been able hurt him like that made issei look really weak.

Interesting complicated family situation if issei is white dragon emperor does that mean vali is red dragon emperor in this version? If that's case I don't think issei going to be interested in rivalry with vali he already couple more important things to deal with.

I feel like issei should have definitely won that. Or at least taken a lot less damage from Raynare. It’s almost like the angels actually didn’t bother training him at all beyond what Keiran did for him before his death. And this point, the only reason I’m sticking around is in the hope of Issei/Luna being a pairing.

Yeah glad issei going to try to be good big brother to luna but I supernatural stuff may cause him to be their as much as he would like too considering issei has longer and deeper history with raynare I'm not surprised he's feeling conflicted BUT like what was said in this chapter raynare isn't who was when she was younger if her movitation and goals remain same as her anime counterpart she's a azazel fangirl though even in actual anime if she had escape issei azazel would have killed her for violating truce between fallen angels and devils factions considering she had hand in killing issei's big brother keiran I think she be handed over to leaders of angels to be punished rather than issei blooding his hands even in actual anime he didn't kill her but let rias kill her though even if she's punish a thousand times over it's still wpn't bring keiran or anyone she has killed back from dead.

Think issei is still in five stages of grief I think he's still in anger snd depression hope this journey to human world would let him finally reach acceptance.
