I can see this happening. Adrien was busy with trying to fend off lila so it makes sense why he'd forget. Alya was busy trying to hound a interview out of Adrien and Lila and Alya does get tunnel vision.
and mari is already sensitive when it comes to Lila so I can totally this coming. especially when mari is really sensitive about Adrien. and mari probably just wants to feel righteous anger instead of platitudes or tikki trying to calm mari down so mari would take tikki off.

chloe probably was thinking it was heron fault but was re-leaved it was lila even if she didn't know where lila was. glad Alya refused to enable akuma mari's bad decisions. though the irony that mari keeps hurting Adrien as chat is going to be interest when she finds out what happened. after all she has rejected chat noir alot.
