And from that second one it all goes down hill.

the first law I laughed at cause I remember that one. the second made me want to beat myself to sleep at the shear retardation of it all. if you have to submit paperwork to be acknowledged as a dark Lord to the authorites whose job is to kill or apprehend you, then your basically commiting a self cop out! if you wanted to be a acknowledged anonymous crime Lord like in the real world so you could walk around like a normal person free as a bird, you'd be SOL!
