I wouldn’t worry to much over how Jasper is currently coming across because as you stated it’s the beginning of the story and for each writer he is written a bit differently. I never read your story before you decided to rewrite it but I can say that I love what I’m reading so far. It’s intriguing the way you picked and the path the Oc is taking. Rereading scenes everyone else has written about is going to happen. Especially if the Oc is close to Bella. It makes sense.

As for this chapter I loved how you ended it. The fear she is feeling and the battle inside is real and well detailed. I can’t wait to read more!
