This, my dear mate, needs a proper beta. The grammatical errors and wrong spelling doesn't kill the story per se, but it's hard not to ignore it.

On the other hand, the story itself is a very fun read, and it would be a shame not to see this fic grow.

Interesting, very interesting. I can actually understand why Maddy's soul would look like the Tanuki Witch's soul considering her power, although I am finding it hilarious that Maddy is acting as nonchalant about things and I am curious to what her Triggering might do to her personality wise(also as to what might have caused it, as that tends to give you a great insight as two both who the person is and how they might have changed thanks to gaining powers). An interesting thing to note is that what power one tends to get also shows what type of situation they triggered from, and regeneration tends to come from those who triggered due to self-inflicted harm or extended damage dealt over a period of time.

Taylor's ability to Amplify actually makes her a Trump Two(powers involved with partnering, bonding and gifting) while Maddy would actually be a Regen Brute with enhanced physical strength and flexibility(gained from either power or because her power lets her train her body into Olympic levels without the drawbacks of overtraining and with access to her full strength that humans avoid using due to self harm, as pointed out by Aegis) which would put her at a Brute 2-3 with a Striker 3-5 depending on how fast and what all it cures.

Madison also isn't considered a Trump despite her ability to grant regen. This is because it is both a temporary singular power that doesn't grant anything else(Othalla's power allows her to gift various temporary powers to others, it is due to the diversity and lack of other powers that grants her the title of a Trump-Striker) but regeneration and is more a Striker power than Trump. So technically she would be considered a Brute-Striker, although more Striker than Brute(mainly due to most Brutes coming with both Strength and Durability, while Strikers tend to have more of one over the other). *shakes head* power classifications are strange like that.

I'm kinda curious as to what other powers will show up, Boku no Hero Academia actually has a good balance between useful but not entirely OP with a nice spread of interesting powers. Though the self-inflicting injury(without appropriate countermeasures such as regen or redundant biology) would be less likely to happen due to their having basically sentient powers.
