The whole "hate the unnatural" always bewildered me. Want to see and live "natural"? Go to Africa. Average lifespan of 30 or less. Only diseases you can cure is if you find the right combination of herbs, otherwise slow and painful death or WORSE. Get cut, get infected? Death or worse. High birthrate fatalities. High POST-birth fatalities. No modern roads. Bloated bodies. Predators at every corner. Insect bites kill you. Etc. Etc. E.T.C.

I tie this in with "Mother Nature loves you". No, at best, mother nature is indifferent towards you. Except that's in intent, if you want to attribute nature a neutral intent. But in action, it always tries to kill you. All our resistances as the human race aren't because Mother Nature was nice to us, it's because it kept trying to kill us in varied, cruel and unusual ways and we had to adapt to AT LEAST the most common of them.

So people who hate the unnatural are welcomed to go to Africa, fling out their clothes at the edge of an "unnatural" border and enjoy life there, and let the rest of us to our pesky "unnaturalness".

With regards to Asari reproduction, I theorize that the mutagen that the Witchers are exposed would hinder the normal melding and randomization process. This would explain why there are no offspring of Asari-Witcher unions.

This is an amazing story so far, you've blended the two worlds in to one almost seamlessly. Almost. There are things here and there, like witch's and basic lore and history not being talked about but I may be getting ahead of myself with that.

The interactions are amazing and I am wondering just how many women will Shepherd get in his bed before the game finishes.

The concern of kara and the mutagens is a very dangerous but exciting concept. Could she, at some point down the line, discover a way to help her people's immune system or will she fail, or will she course a massive problem or will it lead to something else.

Though I do have a question. Is this a harem story, though I do think it is, and if so how big will the harem be?
Because its already has 2 or 3 maybe even 4 members already, aria, kara, maybe Cora, maybe Karen chakwas. Just how manymore could you add?

Great story! This is currently my no. 1 favorite fanfiction story. The concept of Shephard as a Witcher in a Mass Effect setting is a great one and practically all the side-characters are interesting in their own right. The pacing of the story itself is absolutely excellent. It's also fascinating how the idea of Magic mixes with futuristic Tech, since I'm currently playing the game "ELEX" it feels very relevant.

If there's one thing I have a bit of issue with, it's the idea of future "citadel wide" prejudice against witchers.

I mean that requires firstly, that throughout the homeworlds industrialization, modernization, social reforms, public schooling, changes in philosphical and moral outlooks in society...predjudice against witchers remained basically untouched, which seems extremly far-fetched.

Secondly, that humanity would actively spread this predjudice to the rest of the galaxy and that the citadel races would not only choose to adopt that predjudice and make it their own but take it to the extremes where some random asari might call out "Filthy Mutant" on the street just by seeing a witcher.

Sure, this can all be "rationalized" away, explained in various ways but it still feels very much...nah...just too implausible.

All caught back up. But going too far? If you’re talking about the demons and the Reapers being related... nah. Witcher series just never really had demons at the forefront. But would be nice to move pass the planet extermination bit already.

Just wanted to say I love this story and hope it continues.
