Despite everything that's happening during these times, thank you for having the time to post an update!

As we delve deeper with Quinn's POV, I can only say that we have yet to get into the real heartbreak. This is angst, yes. But I'm actually preparing myself once we get to the point where the assault will be mentioned. Even reading the fleeting thoughts of that disgusting man from Quinn's flashback already brings an ache in my heart.

What I love most about getting into his POV is how we can slowly see the progress it brought to his life, even if it's just small wins. It would be awesome to have him interact more with people outside his usual support-system like Blaine. I think their friendship would help the latter cope with what's happening lately with his issues on Kurt. I found myself attached to Blaine somehow because he doesn't seem to have any close friends as well aside from Rachel, then Quinn if you can call them that.

For now, onto the teenage sexual frustration (with an actual purpose aside from raging hormones) and slow burn journey to healing! Looking forward to what you have next up for both Rachel and Quinn. Any chance we get a performance from either or possibly a duet again at Glee Club? Not keeping my hopes up for now but just putting the idea out there :p

This story keeps getting better and better! As much as it pains me to see Quinn hurting and going through all of this I also love his journey through this with Rachel. How he is opening up and hopefully with Rachel's help slowly healing. Thank you for another amazing chapter. I hope you are safe and healthy too!

The first and the last time Russell hit Frank was when he were 9.

The age difference between Frank and Quinn is 9 years, meaning Quinn was born by then.

Frank was never afraid of telling Quinn he messed up with his grades and stuff, even more so than Russell. Constantly insulting him while masking it as constructive criticism.

If Frank was as close to Russell as he claims, if he really wanted his family back together, then isn't it odd that he would only see his family during the holidays? Visit from college more frequently since he has the financial means? Why not come see them at random times instead to drive the point? Why come now when Judy and Russell have gotten divorced and won't ever return?

It's almost as if Frank was more than aware of how messed up his family was, and he set Quinn up like a lamb to the slaughterer just so he could avoid the pressures and the abuse Russell would have put him through...

Sure, he can claim he pushed Quinn to help him avoid the abuse in the first place, but if he wanted to help Quinn so badly, he wouldn't have turned himself into a Russell Clone and he would have done his best to show Quinn he is on his side, but he is just as scared of Russell's abuse.

So I don't buy into his bull-, and I cannot wait to see Rachel absolutely OBLITERATE him and Judy in the future.

It's great to have you back! I know how hard it is to juggle school and work so take as much time as you need. Great chapter as always. I agree with other reviewers that I thought Frank would be better than Russell but he isn't. Well, I hope at least Judy will hopefully realize what's happening and start acting like a mother.

First of all, WELCOME BACK! This is definitely a great way to start March and I'm so ecstatic to get an email update for Scars. :D

I see we finally meet Frank who seems like a developing Russell, Jr. I was kind of hoping he won't be an asshole just so someone in Quinn's family can be tolerable. I didn't expect much from Judy but it's still disappointing how easy it was for her to give up on Quinn just because she failed him. No wonder Rachel is pissed off about the whole situation. The idea you put out there though about Rachel possibly joining a Fabray family dinner would be a interesting yet messy debacle, I bet. I also liked that the flashback are snippets of an awed Luke's perspective when it comes to his older brother until he transformed to a begrudging Quinn who's hurt from being always dismissed as second best.

Aside from the heaviness brought by someone's in Quinn's past, I loved how you squeezed in his role as he is included in the Berry family dynamics which gave balance to this chapter. His uncertainty about boundaries is understandable and I can only imagine how overwhelming it must be for someone who grew up in a family where respect and love can be rewarded when expectation is met. It was sad how he is still struggling to be alone in the same room with men as well as shown in this one during his conversations with Leroy and Frank but then again, having the Berry men be good examples that parents or men are not at all bad would be great for him.

Also, it's always a pleasure to get inside Quinn's mind during Faberry interactions. The way he wants to be better just so he can 'deserve' her is heartbreaking but I'm glad to see that the therapy is paying off because he immediately thought that she thinks he is enough and he's working on accepting that. I'm looking forward that we'll be having a few more chapters on his POV. :)
