Guest chapter 1 . 3/12/2018
Even the herbivorous dinosaurs like Triceratops and the armoured Ankylosaurus would probably investigate the source of unusual odours or noises to determine whether the source was a threat.
Guest chapter 1 . 3/12/2018
I'm surprised the scent and noise didn't attract predators. The Tyrannosaurus in particular possessed the largest olfactory cavity of any creature known to exist meaning it's sense of olfaction (smell) was very acute.

And the Deinonychus or raptor was renowned for cooperative hunting aka hunting in groups. Connor wouldn't be able to fend off several raptorial dinosaurs. Heck even pterosaurs (flying reptiles) like the Pteranodon or Quetzalcoatlus were scavengers thst scoured the land for prey and a helpless female in labour would be a prime target.
