I don't really like fics where Sasuke is ooc..yet this is so well written..it just somehow doesnt matter and he is still ic in some parts. I love this fic! it is just amazingly done and so much so that even ooc Sasuke is amazing!

Oh poor Itachi, I'm sure he's missing Luna and could have used her companionship even more than Sakura.

With all of the surgeries Sakura assists with, her other duties as a nurse along with the new hires it really seems like someone would be around to see this harassment. And lets not forget Hinata, or the visiting family and friends for all the surgery patients.
