I must say that I wasn’t sure about how this story would play out, but I enjoyed how it was unpredictable. The story built very well and the only thing I had trouble with was understanding the back-flashes.

I dont know man, i guess the first few chapters i read was good but I'm not a fan of reading about padme, I'm here to read about anakin. so good luck to you and the readers of this.

It took me a few days to read all of this, and it was an amazing journey. I love how you wrote Padme and Anakin, the changes they had to go through while doing their best to remain true to themselves and to each other. I like how Luke and Leia loved and appreciated their parents even though they didn't really believe in the Empire.

What an interesting take! It was all so very bittersweet. So well executed. When do you think Luke makes it back to them?

This was a really well written story. You ability to convey emotions, expand on well known characters with deep and compelling backstories without breaking from existing canon, and choice to mix genres made this well worth the read.

While I won't be listing it as one of my favorites due to how melancholy it left me feeling, I can't help but be impressed by how melancholy it left me feeling. You did a excellent job with this. Thank you for sharing it.

I admit I lurked the whole time more curious than anything so I apologize for not at least dropping a review until now which was rude since I should have been sharing my thoughts and opinions but congratulations for sharing this and I like your arguments for your choices and they do make sense.

Well, realistically speaking, I’ve always thought that Empress Padme would be the better result for the galaxy as a whole. And there really shouldn’t be such absolutes in the world politics.

It’s a pity that Luke couldn’t use the wisdom bestowed upon him by his parents to save Vader in his own world. You didn’t go into much detail on that part, but I’m dying to know how their conversation went on the 2nd Death Star.
Luke: “Hey dad, I just got back from a parallel universe in which MOM ruled the galaxy and you were her loyal lackey. Besides doing your duties as supreme commander of the imperial forces, you spent most of your day drinking and watching holodrama. I even got a couple seasons of your favorites right her. Want to put off meeeting the Emperor for now and find a meeting to relax in?”

I enjoyed your thoughts. I think often we don’t get a lot of insight from writers about the why and it’s great to hear. We often see WIPs or hear stories when people post up art or songs but never so much about writing since I think with writing the readers have more responsibility put on them to figure it out themselves. Anyways thanks for sharing.

The ending was perfect. I'm certainly looking forward to your spin-offs and sequels in this universe...perhaps a few stories with Ahsoka throughout the Empress' reign? And the Jedi Council/Order? Even if you don't, I still have a feeling this story will quickly become one I reread.
