I loved everything about this story! Demeter has always been an insufferable pain and I love that you made it abundantly clear how loving abuse can look. That last line also stopped my heart and set it melting.

I review very few stories, but I felt that you should know exactly how great this one is. Keep it up!

I loved this so much.

Persephone standing up and demanding her rights is something that I always like to see. She is a queen and an adult, so the fact that everyone sees fit to keep treating her like a baby is just so frustrating. Her getting no input on the whole agreement and being made to perpetually flit back and forth between Hades and Demeter just reduces her into a possession rather than a person. Of course, like you portrayed, I do feel that Demeter actually sees her that way; as her little doll.

Interesting use of Ares. It's nice to see him as an actual 3-dimensional person for once.

But, I always dread Artemis being characterized as a complete misandrist. IMO, she isn't, but to each their own I guess.

Wow, that last paragraph tore me. It's awesome. The points that was mentioned made perfect sense especially about Demeter's use of her power as a way to get things working her way. Wow, you successfully made me hate her. lol. This fic proved to me once again that their story would never get old. Thank you.
