This ending was bittersweet and emotional. It was a solid way to end the fic and oh that cliffhanger ending with the revelation that Sonic is alive which is going to be even more emotional whenever you write your next Smash bros fic.

Please do take your time with the next fic and I have to say you did a solid job with this story.

Oh boy, things sure are going to be even more of an emotional rollercoaster for the characters! Amazing story as always, loved it! I have a question, so if they know Sonic’s alive, that means that the 6 months in Sonic’s world passed and since time goes slower in Mario’s world, how much time has passed in Mario’s world?

I would say this ending was pretty solid. Despite the bittersweet goodbye, Mario and Boom!Sonic's last interaction was nice to read. The kiss was a bit of a surprise, but I'm glad Mario seems to move on as the latter is back home in his dimension with his friends. The cliffhanger wasn't shocking to me as I already understand how you're extending the timeline for this series, but it's a nice way to finish it off before the next big project. I don't mind if you want to wait it off to make the next story accurate for the upcoming Smash Bros. title, so take as much time as you need. Anyways, I'll see you later!

Great chapter! So now the truth is out... shouldn’t that make things a little bit better for Mario? He pretty much got rid of one burden of many. That’s got to count, I guess. Anyway, excited for what’s next!

Wow! The truth has come out! XD Great chapter Steel, I'm guessing the next one is the last since Boom Sonic can go back home now, though I may be wrong. I really enjoy the friendship between these two, can't wait to read what happens next! :)

I'm proud that Mario was able to explain his dilemma. Once the secret was out, he went straightforward with it and Boom!Sonic accepted the truth, even if he was surprised at some revelations. I guess it's time for that bittersweet goodbye. But at least he won't be "gone" like Modern (so to speak). I just hope Mario will be okay to move on, leading up to whatever you have next in the series.

Great chapter Steel! Sorry I haven't been reviewing much (again) :( However, now the secret is out, I can't wait to see Boom Sonic's response to finding out about the other Sonic (thanks Bowser). Awesome work! :)

This was pretty expected for Bowser to taunt Mario like that, reliving through terrible memories. But yeah, there it is, the truth comes out, and Mario's conflicted for several obvious reasons. One of my main concerns is how Boom!Sonic will take the news once they have a heart-to-heart convo with each other. But with the end coming near, it makes me feel even worse for Mario once he returns to his dimension. I'll be waiting for the penultimate chapter!

I needed another one of these updates after having a rough week, and I still haven't recovered. But this is what really matters.

At least E. Gadd wasn't captured by Bowser or anything else dangerous. But leave it to the latter to send Kamek and interfere with their plans. It was also nice of the professor to cheer Mario up and give him some reassurance to let Boom! Sonic know of this paradox. I'm going to predict the next chapter is where things get really serious. But I don't know, anything can happen. Anyways, I'll see you in the next one.

Oh, boy. In all honesty, I think it’s impressive how Mario is around Boom!Sonic so casually. I mean, both Sonics, have their differences and all, but it’s essentially the same person. I wouldn’t be able to do that.

Anyway, just a thought that came to my mind right now. Amazing chapter!

I am mentally preparing for when the storm arrives. Anyway, great chapter! Does Sonic knows that no one understands when he breaks the fourth wall? I am talking about both Sonics, by the way. I mean, don’t they see that Mario is always like “what in the what” when they do that? XD

Well, this doesn't sound good whatsoever. I still can't shake off the idea of when everything might be leaked, like rumors from a Nintendo Direct. Eh, that was bad on my part.

Anyways, their conversations are pretty good, Sonic showing concern for Mario's health and thoughts while the latter accepting Boom!'s sense of adventure to help out. I'll be waiting for Ch. 7!
