Phenomenal work. Of course i have to remark on the transition of dreams from memories of the past to wanted visions of the future to reality of the present. Wonderful plot device. Your style didn't suffer in the end. Any author who even thinks about the style deserves tons of recognition. The only issue i have the fic is kitty's back story. I don't if anybody has already mentioned it, but when the rape is revealed sherlock says that it took him months for her to even talk tobhim because she was afraid of anything male. So when you declared a london story i was waiting for deep psycological transformation on both sides. Still great work. Frankly one of the best here.

Kitty was never a character I liked, she seemed shoehorned in to keep Holmes and Watson apart..however you fleshed out the missing months very well.
