I honestly don't see why Ben couldn't have gotten a Yuki transformation. After all, Yuki-Otoko are a thing. But still, if the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix can scan DNA from mythical creatures like Yukis, then how come Ben hasn't gotten an Incubus transformation from the Succubi sisters? In fact, this question could basically extend to angels, devils/demons, nephilims like Koan & his sister, Kirby's pets and even a good majority of the participants from the Ultimate Smash Tournament (plus a giant, floating hand transformation from Master Hand & Crazy Hand).

Faunus DNA he could probably get if he searched around enough are Crocodile and Puma.
Yes, I really did make a list of all the different Faunus subspecies he has encountered and gotten DNA from in the past. Also, FUCK YEAH, MONSTERVERSE KAIJU DNA! Although Titanus is used incorrectly in the Monsterverse universe (implying that Godzilla, Mothra, Kong and all the other kaiju are closely related species of the same genus), I’m still looking forwards to seeing Monsterverse kaiju show up.
