Ooo that was such an interesting first meeting. I really don't know what to expect next with this story and I'm totally delighted by that. Rikus flat out rejection was jaw dropping, and Soras prideful exertion of his power as a kiss off was sublime. Can't wait to read more & learn who betrayed Riku, killed Aerith and what everyone will do with that knowledge.

Yay, another chapter in the same month! And double yay that they finally meet! :D

It is completely understandable and logical that they don't trust each other though; after all, they just met, and trust is something that needs to be built. But I am also glad that Riku is willing to work towards that trust, despite all the secrecy (and he may or may not has his own goal from this; he may or may not know Emerald).

Also, Gunmetal is such a show-off, but honestly, I like it lol Can't wait to see him kick more asses in the future! (although I also hope for peace in his new home and they learning to get along, it is clearly wishful and unrealistic thinking, haha)

On the other hand, it's a small detail, but I have always wondered why Gunmetal's eyes have a silver tinge to them after a year, is there a reason? (like a way to protect his identity, perhaps?) And also, there was a typo after Gunmetal meeting Lucky (you typed Riku instead of Gunmetal), just letting you know even though it is not much of a big deal.

That was wow I mean sora is good but to read about the demonstration was excellent and making Riku change his mind at the end hahaha nice they could learn to trust each other but with Riku's family I would have my doubts... To tell ou the truth I was not expecting that Riku to refuse it was like you what after all the troubles but he gave at least the opportunity and now maybe they can help each other and maybe Riku knew Aerith... still sad about that ;-;

You always have such interesting ways to incorporate the elements/aspects of the series - like the "Seventh day" as a holiday in Twilight Town? BRILLIANT.

At first I was cooing at a kid Aladdin and Abu (although suspicious if he will steal like in the movies), but towards the end I was like 'wait a minute-' I totally didn't see it coming (along with the other two)! And I wonder if all the Disney heroes and heroines would be on the same team in this... hmmmm...

And man, Gunmetal surely had been trained to be battle-hardened and brutal. But I suppose in a matter of threat / life-or-death situations, there's no time to hesitate, isn't there?

His encounter with Aladdin was cute and I'm sad for him I mean at least he is in an orphanage here but it's not that better considering that they still need to take odd jobs for money :c
Also he is so strong I have something with the behemoths like I see them and NOOO (specially those ones that when you kill them they use comet and it's like seriously!?) Also I wasn't expecting that it was Belle... Or that he cut her hand just like that then again she started and I don't think he will kill without a good reason I mean maybe she has some information about who killed Aerith or something hmm

Hmmm, certainly everything so far seem schemed. It seems like the one behind it all wished Gunmetal to be dead, but they are not having any success so far? It is likely that they were within the Lullaby or had very good intel, because why else would they know the whereabouts of Gunmetal? Guess Gunmetal was just lucky to have reliable and strong people (like Snow and Emerald ;_;) around him at the right times,, but who knows if he could handle all these deadly situations once he reached Twilight Town... And Riku's family members surely weren't whom I was expecting (it is a nice surprise), but it will be interesting and I can't wait to see how they will interact!

Now now a behemoth that's scary I mean scary, not the ones in Kingdom Hearts at all but those from Final Fantasy you would need a decent level and equip so snow is strong and maybe Sora should think about what he said... Then Riku's family is not what I expected hahaha I mean Cruella omg I can understand his siblings but Cruella was truly a surprise also that means his family is dangerous maybe that is the reason snow said he shouldn't trust Riku buy I think he's only a victim

Aww, it's okay, take your time! This will just be something I would look forward to every month :) But wow, Emerald was in the Hymns and still got murdered... Who could have done it, really? And the message Snow left was ominous... What was wrong with the new dream sketcher? He sounded perfectly innocent to me? *blink innocent eyes* Ahem, either way, here is our first clue - and I am guessing the company is related somehow? Well Sora's last name its not a coincidence hahaha and at least he really apreciates his job... Well the one he has now and he is risking his life too, even if the ones from Brahane empire have the information... if he dies well the information would be pretty much useless

Hmmm, so Gunmetal can now transform the ribbon (and storybook to an extent) at will, can he transform other things as well (though I agree that a ribbon is more fit for a weapon due to its flexibility)? And dream sketchers can't experience real dreams... That makes sense now that I think about it, because usually great power comes at a price? And at least they can be spared from nightmares...

Either way, awesome chapter as always! It never gets old with your vivid imagery/descriptions and characterizations of well-known characters. Keep up the great work! :)

Wow, so many mysteries! I’m looking forward to reading more - this is such a unique story idea and it’s written so well.

Remembering all the names will be a bit difficult because I'm really bad with names hahahaha
It's a bit sad that he can't really have dreams but that also means he can't have nightmares... Maybe just memories but those just give him more reason to continue his mission I hope he can find the truth before his time is up.
