Loving the story so far. Its a fairly standard gamer fix from first appearances, but the system you're using is subtly different from that of the manwha and other gamer fics- I think I like it. Keep up the good writing!

All joking aside i have the impression that you've taken inspiration from RWBY: D'Arc Game Of Life and as fellow reviewer jbrew123 commented The Games We Play. You could use the quest failure consequence (Death), to introduce a save system or some kind of new mechanic in the game, but this fic IS rated T so unless you change it to pull a trick on the readers that do follow your story, it probably won't happen and i'm just overanalyzing the chapter.

Hello, setthisworld, i actually prefer more gamer!Ruby to Jaune, but this could actually be interesting if did well(i advice you to read 'If only life were a game', 'New game plus', 'GARC', 'The rose gamer' and'Ruby Rose:Life is a game), since seems very well written and with not bad fight, just some advice:
Skills:if Jaune is able to learn elemental skills and similar when he hasn't Dust and they aren't his semblance, put a reason for why he's able to do so and give them also to other charachters(in general don't make him too op, unless he will have equal companions and enemies even stronger;
Grims:instead of 0 ap, write unknow(i've a theory about thath, if you want to know). And most on all find a good explanation about the loots of claws are similar, since as we know Grimms fade. Or at least find a smart use for them.
Pairing:NO MASSHAREM! There is plenty enough of thath in a thousand of fandoms. At most put Jaune with three of four girls(possibly Pyhrra and , please, no Ruby or some random milf. Glynda and the others could be at the very best mother/aunt/teacher figures).

Ur Story Is Really Addicting To Read. So Know That Ur Doing A Good Job. I Font Have Any Qualms With Ur Story...Just Make Sure To Name The Town They Are At...Kinda Bothered Me.
