This is wonderful, but I can respect leaving a story unfinished rather than to continue it out of some warped sense of obligation. However, I’d advise you to leave it up. If it can make someone smile or provide inspiration for someone to create something of their own then it’s doing something great.

I’m glad you didn’t delete this, actually, since it was an enjoyable read, and, even if I can’t finish, I don’t regret starting to read it in the first place.

I’ve really enjoyed reading this and it’ll still be my fav Bleach & Percy Jackson crossover even if it’s discontinued! Also when something you originally started writing for fun becomes uninspiring, or a chore to write, you aren’t obligated to finish. So stopping, that’s valid. That said please consider not deleting this off the website!

I'd leave them up. I've read many discontinued stories and while I wish they continued, I greatly enjoyed the ideas and writing I found in them, and an ending wouldn't change that.
