Is it possible that the unsc infinity might show Up here in this story or more reinforcements and is the gate(earth) and halo (earth) in the same galaxy if it is I want the entire unsc to be fully aware of the second Or twin earth.

Ngl, but the exchange of technology is gotta be the worst idea. Giving them techs from the future was never gonna have a good outcome, especially if Earth inst as united as the one in the UNSC universe. It's liking giving a kid a credit card, you know as hell he's gonna do some bad shit with it. The result of war between each nation would increase dramatically due to the competition of acquiring the bps of the UNSC technology. Also, the possibility of them having the same timeline is close to impossible, especially if the UNSC universe never heard of the alnus gate or have any history into it. So the chances of meeting the covenant is slim to none.

Yeah, you are forgetting a little factor, the coventant. Cutter is a pragmatic man, he would see this as a opportunity to help a parallel universe Earth to avoid the bloodshed of the Human-Covenant war, specially if the SoF can't return to their own Universe, by carefully uplifting the 21th century mankind with certain key techs like fussion power, antigravity and the theory behind the FTL slipspace drive and with the warning about the covenant Cutter and Anders can help that earth to gain technological parity with the covenant by the time they meet them and unlike the original UNSC completelly aware of their tactics, weakness, etc.
Hell, Cutter can point them the direction towards covenant space so that humanity can center in colonize in the opposite direction and turn the systems bordering Covenant space into fortress.
Yes the 21th century earth is a political mess and pety attemps made by certains governments to gaing adventage will be made, but Serina could simply hack the whole internet and gave to every single government access to the technology that Cutter authorizes, in that way neither Japan or the Super powers could control it.

Got to wonder what kind of anime/books/movies/games will be spawned by the meeting with the UNSC and from Falmart. And I mean just in the science fiction and fantasy genres, not based on future productions. I can totally imagine an anime or manga about mecha pilots fighting dragons where all the pilots are demi-humans.
