Or maybe a Kid vs Katt romance, with Coop and Mr. Kat (make Kat female, plenty of stories have Kat as a guy). Maybe put a lemon in it, but again you don't have to if its not your style. Could you make it, and if you did, could it be a few chapters long?

This first chapter is really good. I like the bit about maple syrup and pancakes that was clever.
