Going by the books Harry never accepted his 'invitation' to Hogwarts. Hagrid handed the letter to him and then sent an owl telling Bumbleall that he handed Harry his Hogwarts letter.
No lawyer would call that legally binding.

Doom Alert. Doom Alert. This Universe is Doomed!

There are a few basics that you like ALL Harry Potter fanfic writers (including myself) must abide by. The first is that Harry cannot be Sirius's heir apparent nor could he be directly related to the Blacks by blood. Next you must decide that Harry has ONLY ONE of the following abilities: Natural Animagus OR Metamorphmagus. Then there is the fact that you must decide to give him a natural affinity towards ether Light Magic or (non-option) Dark Magic. Finally you must note that the marriage contract is illegal/invalid. If you want to do things totally your way then never publish fan fiction.

Looking forward to Dumbledore and Molly along with the Dursleys having their asses handed to them. And Everything Stolen from Harry returned including the Money the Dursleys have that was meant for Harry's Care but never used on him. Plus for the Money to be put in a personal Savings Account of theirs When the money should be put in a Custodial account that States that the money is to be used for Harry's Care and receipts and Account Log books are supposed to be used to show how much for what and were the money was paid. So The Goblins need to get hold of the other Bank along with a solicitor/Barrister along with The British Version of Child Protective Services to see where all that money was spent. Thus showing miss use and appropriation of funds. Which is just that? Plus this Story also shows that Harry owns the Burrow where the Weasleys live. And that rent is supposed to be paid which makes me wonder if they even are or living rent-free. And considering that place is a nightmare waiting to happen with what the Weasleys have done rather than get hold of Proper construction works for it. So to put it simply that place looks like a death trap waiting to happen from the pictures I have seen.

If I was Harry I would get hold of a team to take that place apart and rebuild it to be safe and reuse as much as possible. Then Bring in new materials to have Exactly what is needed. But have a proper architect available to draw up the plans To House a family of 10 and some Guests. And also be able to accommodate anyone with disabilities permanent or temporary.
