Good story I like the interaction between naruto and the npcs. Though I have a bit of advice for you. When you level up naruto put a - between the current values and the new values. As it is it looks like naruto had stats in the thousands and hundred thousands.
Ex, strength: 10-11. Makes the level up much more clear. Can't wait to see new chapters if any.

And you got the lvl wrong the lvl go up for every stat you i cease as does the soul requirement,you upgraded his VIT(9-10) STR(9-10) END(9-20) and RIS(9-10)14 lvls so he wouldn't be lvl8.

I love the idea & how you're doing it, but maybe lighten up on the sighs. Otherwise am interested to see how he develops & what happens when he returns. The image of a fully armored super statted weapon master strolling back home is hilarious.
