I can understand the parent's worry for if Jaune is ready or not, and his mother is one DANGEROUS fighter in armed combat as she is unarmed. I really like how she strategically wore Jaune down with her bow and arrows with dust tips of various types to keep him guessing, though the smoke screen really gave her a lot of free shots despite his best efforts to fend her off.

I don’t like it, I liked the other one better, this one looks more of an Adventurous Arc than a Father Arc...

Really liking this so far hope it doesn't just stop randomly I understand , that as the author, that's your choice but I'm enjoying this story and a majority of these types of stories just kinda end up dead which is really upsetting bc a lot of them are really enjoyable to read this one included

Yangs complements don’t sell well do they but that’s what makes them seem all the better since you know they are honest complements.

So...Jaune had a spar with his mother who is honestly a beast in terms of hand to hand combat, I can only wonder and dread the idea of facing her with weapons...while part of me looks forward to the idea.

Still, Vlad needs to chill if the glare was that freaking hard over what Yang said. Sure, it may sound careless, but if she wants to get cocky then it's on her ass when she finds out he is NOT to be underestimated.

Enjoying story so far just one thing that comes as wrong the incident with the carrot cake and coco framing someone else for it and it leading to a somewhat on going grudge against the framee doesn't really come across as the funny I think you were going for, instead it kinda makes Coco and seem a bit malicious in that act especially since she seems to still find it humorous some time after
